Eileen Jaffe Markstein – Managing Director

Eileen specializes in a range of management disciplines including corporate strategy, organizational development, and strategic marketing. During her professional tenure she has provided counsel to clients varying from technology start-ups to blue chip pharmaceuticals, and has managed projects in both the domestic and international markets.

Prior to starting Markstein Consulting, Eileen worked as a business communications consultant in Washington, DC for leading companies including Burson-Marsteller, a top five global perception management firm, and The ProMarc Agency, where she left her position as Associate Vice President to pursue a graduate degree.

Eileen earned her Masters in Business Administration with a focus in International Business from The George Washington University, and her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from James Madison University.

Eileen currently serves on the Highlands School Foundation Board of Trustees, and is a past member of the Children’sHospital of Alabama Committee for the Future.

She and her husband Danny are parents to a son, Max.
